This rice is an easy-to-make side dish that is a crowd pleaser and can accompany many meals.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
- Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in margarine.
- Add rice, broccoli, and salt.
- Stir well and cook until mixture is heated thoroughly.
