INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 cups cooked rice

  1. Sauté onion, celery and green pepper in margarine.
