  • 6 oz uncooked noodles
  • 1 chopped medium onion

  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put carrots, onion, celery, and broth into a dutch oven.
  2. Heat to boiling.
  3. Cover and boil gently about 10 minutes.
  4. Add noodles.
  5. Cook until the noodles are tender.
  6. Add chicken and salt.
  7. Heat to boiling.
