Apple Crunch

The comforting flavor of apples and cinnamon makes this apple crunch a perfect pick for a healthy dessert. It pairs well with any of our diabetic-friendly lunch or dinner recipes.

INGREDIENTS FOR APPLE CRUNCH

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place apples in a 13x9 inch pan.
  2. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over apples.
  3. Mix sugar, flour, and baking powder. Work egg into flour mixture with a fork.
  4. Sprinkle flour mixture over apples.
  5. Drizzle melted margarine over all.
  6. Bake at 325 degrees approximately 45 minutes or until crunch top is golden.
    Makes 18 servings.
