Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

The classic taste of cinnamon raisin makes these biscuits a gem! Crank up your breakfasts with a dash of cinnamon!

INGREDIENTS FOR CINNAMON RAISIN BISCUITS

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon.
  2. Combine milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring until dry ingredients are just moistened.
  3. Turn dough out onto work surface, and knead lightly 10 times. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into rounds with a biscuit cutter.
  4. Place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
  6. Combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla; stir well. Drizzle over warm biscuits.
  7. Makes 18 biscuits.
