Romaine Fruit Salad

This flavorful romaine fruit salad is unique and very healthy! A quick recipe for lunch or a light dinner. This salad will leave you satisfied, but not overly full.

ROMAINE FRUIT SALAD INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a jar, combine the oil, vinegar, water, salt and garlic.
  2. Cover and shake until well blended.
  3. Chill until serving time.
  4. In a large bowl, combine romaine and leaf lettuce.
  5. Add mandarin oranges, strawberries and as much onion as desired.
  6. When ready to serve, pour the dressing over top of the salad, toss to coat.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
