INGREDIENTS FOR TROPICAL BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 C milk
- 1 C fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Combine pineapple, banana, milk, and blueberries in blender.
- Cover, blend until thick and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 3 servings.
