Halebee’s 4-week Mindful Eating & Diabetes program will introduce you to the practice of mindful eating. Over the course the month you will non-judgmentally reflect on your own eating habits, complete exercises to help you deeply get in touch with your mind and body, and practice mindful eating techniques. This course will guide you step-by-step through weekly, group sessions offered in from the comfort of your home over Zoom. You will receive detailed handouts for each of the practices covered in the course.
